Non-Pressurized Epoxy Lining
The cured in-place pipe (CIPP) restoration process is an alternative to traditional pipe system replacement that is more economical and efficient. With our technology, we have the ability to renew and restore corroded piping systems without removing them, creating a system that is like new. Pipe relining is a great solution to corroding pipe systems. We will protect the interior of the piping system from additional deterioration by installing an epoxy liner that will prolong the life of your system. This system is useful for clay, concrete, metal, iron, steel, PVC, and fiberglass pipe systems.
Pull-in-Place Structural Liner Process
Our pull-in-place structural liner process uses non-destructive technology, which allows us to complete the work of pipe relining without interrupting the daily activities of anyone in your building. This removes the need for displacement or business closure while minimizing any downtime for your pipe system.
The CIPP lining system is used to create a long-term, structural pipe inside your existing pipe system, meaning there is no need for landscape digging or building destruction. This results in a rehabilitated pipe that is better than new and has an increased flow rate with sealed cracks and no weakened joints to eliminate the chance of groundwater pollution. While this CIPP lining technology is best suited for ¾” to 12” diameter pipe systems, there are specialty applications available for larger pipe systems.
